TurnKey Payments is based in Lake Worth, Florida. We set up card processing and terminals for businesses and support them after setup.

Our story

TurnKey Payments was founded by an owner with more than 20 years in the payments industry. Before starting the company, our founders were sales managers at payment companies that didn't know how to treat salespeople.

We started TurnKey Payments to do it differently: explain pricing in plain language, match each business with equipment that fits how it sells, and keep supporting merchants once the terminal is set up.
