Our commitment to making the TurnKey Payments website usable for everyone, what we've done, known limitations and how to tell us about a problem.

We want everyone to be able to use the TurnKey Payments website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we've done

  • Pages use clear headings and landmarks, and every page has a link to skip straight to the main content.
  • Menus, the booking button, FAQ answers and forms work with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
  • Text and buttons meet WCAG color contrast requirements.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and errors explain what to fix and link to the field.
  • Images have text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animation is kept to a minimum and turns off if your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Pages work on screens as narrow as 360 pixels and when zoomed to 200%.

Known limitations

  • Booking calendar. Appointments are booked through Cal.com, a third-party service shown inside our pages. We don't control its accessibility. If it's hard to use, call us at 1-888-365-8876 or use the request-a-callback form on our booking page and we'll schedule the appointment for you.
  • Manufacturer documents. Some terminal data sheets and guides are PDFs published by the manufacturer and may not be fully accessible. Call us and we'll talk you through the information.

If something on this site doesn't work for you, email support@turnkeypayments.com or call 1-888-365-8876. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll help you get what you need and work on a fix.
